When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"Finding someone to replace screens in a screen porch is not easy. Fortunately, Quentin, who is the primary person at SceniQ, is very capable to doing this and does it well. We had a large screen porch with the screens attached via wood from the outside. He was able to remove all the wood slats, put in new screens, and reattach the wood slats correctly (not an easy job, since the slats contained special twist latches to attach our screen protectors. He did an excellent job. Quentin lets you know what is occurring and he is extremely personable. His rates are very reasonable. If you use SceniQ, you should not be in a rush to get things done, as Quentin works at his own pace,but is extremely meticulous."

"All three jobs were handled beautifully. On the two window jobs, they encountered some rotted wood and deteriorating insulation due to poor flashing when the house was built. They repaired and replaced all the damage and the windows are tight and strong. The workers were prompt, cleaned up at the end of each day and very professional.
