"Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"Called JFK Window and Door to replace our outstide storm door based on other reviews and was not disappointed. They called back within a day, provided lots of options based on our needs, came out quickly to give a firm estimate and completed the work on time. Very professional and the end result is excellent. "We had 18 windows replaced at our home. I’ll start with the good: The salesman Joe gave us an estimate in a quick fashion and was very responsive. The windows are in and look good after the caulk was repaired. The warranty is great compared to other companies. The bad: poor communication after windows were ordered. I called multiple times when they said the windows were going to be ordered and they kept extending the time frame and seemed annoyed when I called. When the windows came in, we set the date for install. The installers that came were subcontractors. The originally put in our windows and the caulking did not look professional on the brick (see pics below). I emailed about the issue and they kept trying to tell me how good it looked... but it clearly did not. They finally agreed to send someone out to fix it. We scheduled two days where I stayed at home waiting for someone to come fix the windows, with no call and no show. Finally the third scheduled appointment someone finally came and fixed the windows with a clear caulk. Happy with the windows now but I graded the company a C for the poor communication and punctuality."

Tim D was the lead painter in the group and they could not have been any nicer. They gave two coats of paint to all my replacement doors and frames and all six exterior doors as well as fixing bubbling paint on a kitchen window area. They were very neat and were able to work around a lunch group of 14 that I had in on the 25th.

I would highly recommend Custom Color Painting and am very thankful to Dave and his group for working me into there schedule.
