The craftsman who performed the work was experienced, was a real artist and polite. The charges were reasonable for a hard to fine skilled person to do my job. It took me three years.

I contacted Don in May, 2021 for a quote on restoring one of two stained glass windows in my house. I was given a price for removal/repair/re-install. I told Don that the price was fine. I was told it would take ten days to complete the work. Don showed up May 25,2021 and removed the window. I did not hear from Don again and sent him a text on July 11, 2021. He informed me that he had fallen and work was put on hold. Two texts were sent in October with no response. November 20, 2021 Don informed me that after thanksgiving he would finish my window. Despite numerous texts I did not hear from him again until April 2022. Don finally showed up on April 9, 2022 to install my window. The window was broken in transit due to poor packaging. When he returned six days later, he installed the window (taking four hours to do so) and it was upside down and not flush with the frame. I have also found three new cracks and a chip. I am beyond upset with the workmanship and customer service. I will probably have to pay a professional to fix what Don has screwed up. Do not hire this man.

Excellent customer service! Prompt response to my request & very very fast completion of project. I only wish the replacement piece was a closer color match to the original piece, but I think the color chosen is very complementary.

Don referred me to Terry who did a fantastic job revealing the original stained glass window in 1914 home. The cut away metal siding was cleaned up and the window looks great
