His price estimates on the 2 projects were very reasonable and he said that he could do the tree removal today. He also recommended that we wait until Spring for the honeysuckle removal so that it would turn green and we wouldn't run the risk of taking out too much and losing privacy. We felt that this was a great idea and appreciated his advice. George and his crew did a great job with the tree removal and we also appreciated how careful they were in transporting the logs across our lawn to avoid any damage. We will definitely have George and his crew back in the Spring to remove the honeysuckle and will be contacting him for all of our future tree work."

"Lowe’s tree service cut down a very large Bradford pear tree that was very close to our garage, Powerlines going into our house, and a fence. Mike and his crew did an exceptional job with no worries about the three obstacles that were in the way. They removed all the unwanted wood. The wood that I didn’t want to keep for my fire pit, they made a nice neat stack. Everything else was removed and you couldn’t even tell that they had been there. They also have very reasonable prices, or super friendly and will truly make you feel like you are family the way they take care of you!"

"I had a massive oak in my small front yard and an even more massive elm in the back, Both very close to the house, both heavily canopied over the house as well as the neighbor houses on either side...really tight quarters. Out of laziness, I supposed, I hired an outfit I had previously used for some trim work on the oak in the front. Big mistake. After about two weeks, the oak was maybe 65% done and collateral damage on the last day they worked to the tune of about $1500. Fired them. This time I did my due diligence and got about 3 bids to finish the oak and tackle the elm in the back. Heggood's was among the bids and I went with them because of the reviews and a very reasonable bid. Also, Mark Heggood gave the best presentation when he came to give the bid. The crew showed up on a Tuesday and the trees were down and gone and everything cleaned up by Friday afternoon. These guys know their stuff...how ta bring em down easy. They went above and beyond in many ways as well. In my 65 years of hiring services for things I couldn't do myself, this is the only time I've been 100% satisfied. Although I peeked out and watched at times, I still don't know how they got that behemoth elm out of the back yard."

"We contracted with Jake of Golden TreeService who was responsible for cutting 2 trees down and disposing of the wood. The second phase involved another crew that cleaned up rocks from the tree beds. The third phase involved the tree stumps being ground up. This individual worked 7 hours without a break in 90 degree weather. The final phase involved top soil being spread, seed applied and straw placed over the beds. All of the crews worked professionally, efficiently and without issues. We would give them all a 5 star review and absolutely hire them again without questions. It was a great experience!"
