"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. "I made an offer on a home contingent to the home inspection and found foundation problems that need to be addressed as time was of the essence I need to find a foundation specialist I called several foundation specialist and no one answered finally I called advance restoration and waterproofing and they answered their phone in person and I told them that I was running out of time and need an estimate as soon as possible and they worked me into their schedule the next morning very professional and excellent work."
