"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. "I made an offer on a home contingent to the home inspection and found foundation problems that need to be addressed as time was of the essence I need to find a foundation specialist I called several foundation specialist and no one answered finally I called advance restoration and waterproofing and they answered their phone in person and I told them that I was running out of time and need an estimate as soon as possible and they worked me into their schedule the next morning very professional and excellent work."
