"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"I've been a customer for 19 years and I emailed and asked if they had any cheaper options to what I have. They canceled me (I guess). I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. They can't keep people employed and there has been a different person come in my house every time."

Sometimes, raccoons will leave on their own, but it’s never guaranteed. If you have a raccoon infestation that lasts a long time, you’ll want to take measures to trap and remove them. Once they’re gone, seal off possible entryways to ensure they don’t return.

Gophers are ubiquitous in certain areas, and the only way to completely get rid of them is to put down gopher wire two feet below the surface of your soil and vertically along the edges of your yard. Unfortunately, this may not be a practical solution unless you’re completely redoing your yard or installing an aboveground garden. Alternatively, you may consider putting underground rock barriers around the edge of your yard to discourage gopher visits.
