"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. "Warren worked me in the same day to diagnose the problem with our laptop. he offered to diagnose the issue at no cost. Later that same day he sent a text letting me know that he had a portion of the computer back up and running. The next day he let me know that the computer was fully operational. Very fast service. The only negative is that he made the necessary repairs to get the laptop up and running without letting me know what the problem was and what it would cost. The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren."

"I actually run a large childcare/preschool. Rob and his entire crew installed roughly 20 cameras, ran data cable line for our internet/wifi, installed entry door security and security pads multiple doors to ensure security of the children when in their classroom. They provided us with an app on our phones to view people trying to enter our facility and the app also allows us to unlock our entry doors if someone needs to enter the school, without us having to be at the actual door. This has allowed so much freedom as before, we were stuck to watching the door incase someone needed to gain access.
