Warren worked me in the same day to diagnose the problem with our laptop. he offered to diagnose the issue at no cost. Later that same day he sent a text letting me know that he had a portion of the computer back up and running. The next day he let me know that the computer was fully operational. Very fast service. The only negative is that he made the necessary repairs to get the laptop up and running without letting me know what the problem was and what it would cost. The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren.

Prompt, pleasant, efficient. inexpensive. Didn't mention that Edge browser doesn't accept add-ons such as JavaScript which my email requires. (Probably didn't know this)

He was punctual, very courteous, and explained everything on my level so I could understand the IT part of service. He's still available when I have questions. Highly recommend !!!

As soon as I posted on HomeAdvisor asking for help with my computer, I received a call from A Shacklette’s Computer Repair. He was able to come right over and had my computer repaired within 2 hours of my post. I will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs help with their computer!

This guy knows what he is doing. He turned a dying computer into one that runs like new. He came and got it and brought it back. His prices are beyond reasonable. I highly recommend him.
