Dave is a hard working contractor constantly striving to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. If you are not happy, Daves not happy. He wants you to come away feeling that he has met your expectations; and he will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Edited: Originally he was good but after the job was done and I was not happy he would not come back and fix it and would not answer my calls.

"Hi Cathy, I did return your calls and I came back to see what the issues were that you were unhappy with and it turned out your dog was walking through the dirt/mud and tracking it onto your deck. Like I explained I cannot come out and wash your deck whenever it gets dirty, I also took photos of the footprints to have for this reason."

Service started out excellent. The work was good but then the leak came back and they stated several times they would be back and never returned.

They forgot to call before showing up to do the job, but that wasn't a big deal because I was home. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we even asked them to do some other jobs (power wash the house and clean the gutters) which they also did. My only negative is that when they took the old deck apart, they left the old screws in the sidewalk where it was holding the old wheelchair ramp to it, so we will need to try to get them out, and when they power washed part of the old deck that wasn't getting replaced, it destroyed some of the wood and they re-stained it like we asked but it looks pretty rough. My wife said she would probably call them to see if they would re-stain that part. Otherwise, the new decks, the house, and the gutters look nice.
