"This was my best service experience in any industry in my recent memory.
The DC (or charging) jack on my wife's laptop was broken and the laptop would not take a charge.  I suspect that this is a part that not many people know can be repaired.  Many people have probably replaced their entire laptop when a $100 repair is all that is needed.
I contacted MR Computer and was able to drop off the laptop the same day.  At the time of drop off, he was not sure if he had the necessary part in stock.  If not, he would need to order it.  If that were the case, it would be approx 3 business days for it to be ready.  A turn around time that I was quite happy with.
Approximately 3 hours later he contacted me to tell me that the laptop was ready for pickup!

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. "I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual.
