They were professional.  They always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.  They were always here when they said they would be here.  They listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed.  They put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford.  They kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets!  It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions.
