"Warren worked me in the same day to diagnose the problem with our laptop. he offered to diagnose the issue at no cost. Later that same day he sent a text letting me know that he had a portion of the computer back up and running. The next day he let me know that the computer was fully operational. Very fast service. The only negative is that he made the necessary repairs to get the laptop up and running without letting me know what the problem was and what it would cost. The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren."

"He offered to come to me, but to save his time (and my $$) I delivered the laptop to him at 4pm on a Tuesday. He called back the next morning and told me it was fixed. I have offered similar services in the past, but don't have my full set of software and tools here, so needed to use someone capable, which he definitely is. Gave me a full description of what he did, cleaned up some unnecessary applications, and made some sensible suggestions on ways to speed up the machine. Well worth the money."
