The day of, Gary came out on-time and did the work quickly and efficiently. He installed a new RING doorbell and a RING floodlight camera by the back door. He then installed a new outlet in our master bathroom. He had to run back to his shop to get a 10' ladder so he could check the ceiling fan in our kitchen. The ceiling fan has a remote and the fan portion had stopped working. Turns out the receiver that pairs with the remote in the fan canopy was wired incorrectly when installed. He fixed this and didn't charge me for the work. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the outcomes. I would definitely have them do work for me again."

"Jeff did an excellent job on the rather tedious work of rescreening our screened in porch. He also replaced our old ceiling fan and put up a new door - he was there for a full 2 days and stayed until about 7:30 on a Friday night to get the job done. I'd had one other quote on the work and Jeff's quote was VERY fair in comparison - felt I got great value and am planning to contact him again to knock off other random projects from my list."

Jason replaced a kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was difficult to remove because of some rust, and contrary to what I first thought, it was not just loose, it had broken off at the handle.  Jason did a good job with this and installed a new faucet without any issues.  He also put back the cover of a bathroom fan that had given me some trouble. 

Jim replaced the water supply line to my dishwasher, which had apparently developed a small leak.  This leak was discovered while a new floor was installed earlier in the week.  I was very concerned to get the issue fixed quickly and correctly.  Jim identified the problem immediately and replaced the necessary parts with his usual expertise, for which I am very grateful.  He also replaced (2) water filter cartridges in my basement. 

I continue to have good experiences with Handyman Matters of Dayton and will use them again.

Our windows look great (including the screens and sills). Their additional services like chandelier and ceiling fan cleaning are also a great value. "Mike Gehrich came out after I had a mysterious leak in my first floor ceiling.  The roofer I found on Angie's List let me know it wasn't the roof (bless him) but the gutters.  Say what?  I've been having them cleaned every year.  Well, it turns out the guy cleaning my gutters only cleaned in the sight line on my steeply pitched roof, and had left gunk in the gutters piling up for the last four years.  The spring storms started to push some of that into the lower gutters, as near as we could tell.  Mike and his helper worked for hours in boiling heat to clean out those gutters, resulting in a trash can full of most excellent compost -- heavy stuff for them to root out of those gutters.  They were drenched in sweat and grime, and didn't complain once, charged me a very fair price.  I would absolutely hire him again.  Highly recommended."
