"Joe repaired a first floor ceiling that was damaged from a second floor bathroom leak. Had to cut out & replace a 2' x 2' area in the ceiling, spackle, paint, etc. Also, repaired bathroom leak, caulked around shower/tub, etc. Project #2 was to add an addittional heat duct vent in a soffet which involved more drywall work. His work was good quality, he arrived on a timely basis, and, most importantley, did the work exactly as he said he would. He will be my first call for any future work."

Jim was really nice to work with and kept us updated when there were some complications related to the structure of the house. "I have used Mike for many handyman jobs in the past. This week I needed someone to install a window air conditioner in my son's room, as I didn't trust myself to install it securely. So I contacted Mike. Within minutes after his arrival, he had the job done. He even provided some extra insulation around the unit. While he was here, he took care of a whole house fan I thought needed replacing; he found that it simply needed lubricating and cleaning and performed this task for me as well.
