"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. "They sent a new employee and there was a miscommunication with the exact work we wanted completed. We did not receive a quote for the work. They did send out a sub contractor without notifying us. We had the follow up to get the quote. The contractor did finish the work after the confusion was cleared up."
