"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

The latter of this work was an idea he presented to me and that I had never considered myself, with very little added cost. Abe is efficient while also providing incredible quality. I was blown away by the amount of work he achieved in a short period of time, and even more impressed that there was no need for touchups afterward (although he offered to come back with no added cost if anything were to arise). This is the first contractor I have worked with who I felt wasn’t pressuring me into more than I needed. He assessed the work to be done, gave feedback on any potential hiccups that could arise, and made me feel entirely comfortable throughout the entire process with clear communication.
