Worker was prompt and the window has been great. The window is about 3x3 with a center fold out screen vent. The work ran about $300-350.

It went well overall. Workers left a gouge in the cement window ledge. Wish they had told us about it. Did an ok clean up in general.

Joe came to assess the work. He was uncooperative, unprofessional and insulting. He indicated that the windows had a frame which needed to be removed for Glass Block to be installed. We mentioned we could get this done with a handyman since he mentioned he does not do that. However, he became illogical, saying“I’m not going to tell you to do that“, and when simply asked what needed to be done for the Glass Block to be able to be installed, he started insulting us. It has been many years since I met a workman who was so uncooperative and insulting. I would never do work with this company.

Everything went well, from the initial estimate through installation. They had to reschedule once, but it was handled professionally. The work was well done and nicely cleaned up.

It went very well; a day and time was scheduled based on availability. The work was done with good quality and on time.

The company missed two schedule dates with obviously bad excuses on why they couldn’t make the appointment. I think they over schedule and come up with weak excuses to reschedule (very inconvenient) The installation on the other hand went very good with experienced and friendly contractors.

In order to make the appointment, we had to send in the contract with a $100 deposit via mail. The company cashed the $100 check prior to calling us to make the appointment. Instead we had to call them to get it made. There was a 3-week delay in getting the job done after they cashed the check. When I made the appointment, I shared that I had the 25% off Angie's List coupon and they said they would honor that. When the job was done and I went to pay for it, they refused to honor the coupon.

The initial response and coordination was good. The installer arrive and install 5 windows in the basement and 1 in my bathroom. The windows look great. The main issue I have was there was too much of a mess, the mortar mixture was done on some of my grass versus concrete surface which did not make sense and left the grass damaged. A mess was left on the windows, floors from the mixture. I had to clean up behind the installer which I did not care for. Would use again but cleaning up after will not happen again on my part.

Both the salesman and installer were very prompt, friendly and courteous. Basement was left clean and neat and the installation looks very good, even where access to the opening was difficult. The only minor negative is that the dryer vent provided was pretty flimsy and could not be used as installed. We needed to go purchase some additional materials to replace parts to make it work. Still overall a positive experience.

Turned out really well. They were courteous, on time and helpful. I thought it was a pretty fair price.  I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They are a fair company that is on time and does a good job. 

Work went fine. Only hitch was upon presenting the 25% off certificate from Angie's List. It was only partially honored. The company stated that the price quoted to my wife initially already included a discount, but less than 25%. Since we received only one price quote, I have no idea if that was a true statement or not. I suggest that both Cincinnati Glass Block and Angie's list be clear on when the 25% discount applies and when it only partially applies.

They came out there on time, did a very neat and timely job.

I had a very good experience. Their timing was good and they did good work.

When it was raining so hard one of the windows developed a leak due to the fact that they did have silicon or whatever all the way through the glass block windows so it's like they had a spot they missed so the water had gotten into so.There was really torrential down pours, lots a of rain water leaked in between two of the glass blocks that didn't have silicon from inside outside there was just a small gap there,They got out quickly the price was reasonable they did a great job you know there was no initially leaking it was just hey when it rain it was like torrential down pour we had here and we got real bad in Cincinnati and that's when I discovered the leak and had it not rained that bad I would at an A but because of the leak, overall I think they are a great company I enjoy working with them I enjoy having them back they were punctual they were a good company it's just look like somebody just missed the cork line or two, they showed up, they did their job, it wasn't a mess they didn't talk like a bunch of idiots or anything I for it well informed.

The service technician was prompt and did a thorough job of installing the blocks. He also did a great job of advising me about what he did and the price was reasonable.

The were quick to email and had a sales guy out right away to measure and show us the options. We scheduled installation that day and they following week two installers came and removed our old windows and replaced with glass block. Everything seems to be great and no complaints thus far. It was quick and easy and I appreciate that there were no additional hidden charges or upsells in the deal.
