When I complained, manager sent a 2nd tech who was competent and professional to complete work. Quoted prices are excessive (lump sum) giving impression work is more difficult than it really is. They then smoothed out the dirt for a clean cohesive look ( post pic, i guess i should take another of completed). They were meticulous in measuring, pouring, leveling.
