He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

They then smoothed out the dirt for a clean cohesive look ( post pic, i guess i should take another of completed). They were meticulous in measuring, pouring, leveling. Im excited to use my patio for entertainment. The cost was what I expected for the size and amount of work done through the whole process, including preparation of ground prior to pour.
