"We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. They then smoothed out the dirt for a clean cohesive look ( post pic, i guess i should take another of completed). They were meticulous in measuring, pouring, leveling.
