He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "Straight Line put it new Fence after original was damaged in tornado in Feb 2018. They did a great job it seemed but some of the boards were warped started bending more after. They originally told us it was a bad batch of wood. They said they would replace the boards. Then crickets. So I put a review on Facebook they got in touch and asked us to remove the review and they would fix the Fence but because it was covid and things were on back order it would take a bit. I understood this and was patient. I was blocked on Facebook from commenting or messaging. So I couldn't get back. Tried to call no response back. The boss himself gave me his word he would take care of us to please take the review down. My mistake was taking it down before the work was done. It was all lies they never came back. My Fence is popping and looks like crap till this day. Avoid this company they only want your money they do not care about the customer."
