Straight Line Fence

Straight Line put it new Fence after original was damaged in tornado in Feb 2018. They did a great job it seemed but some of the boards were warped started bending more after. They originally told us it was a bad batch of wood. They said they would replace the boards. Then crickets. So I put a review on Facebook they got in touch and asked us to remove the review and they would fix the Fence but because it was covid and things were on back order it would take a bit. I understood this and was patient. I was blocked on Facebook from commenting or messaging. So I couldn't get back. Tried to call no response back. The boss himself gave me his word he would take care of us to please take the review down. My mistake was taking it down before the work was done. It was all lies they never came back. My Fence is popping and looks like crap till this day. Avoid this company they only want your money they do not care about the customer.

They did a good job. They were reasonably priced. I did catch them in a busy season, so it took awhile to get to me. They did have to come to fix some repairs, but they were responsive.

They came out and repaired and stained out deck and powerwashed our house. They were responsive and timely. I think they are the best in the business, and well worth every penny.

The crew from Straight Line did an amazing job.  We had over 700' of fence put in between a total of 31 brick columns.  The brick work was a very expensive investment for us and Aaron and his team took great care to ensure that the fence looked just as great as the brick work.  They also took into consideration that we have a few small dogs and they made the extra effort to ensure that there were no gaps along the bottom of the fence.  The crew took the time to talk to us about what we wanted and continued to check with us throughout the build to make sure that we were happy with the job.  The fence came out beautiful and it is very structurally sound.  I will never use another company other than Straight Line for fences or decks, they are worth every dime.

It took a while for the company to come out, but, that was weather related.  All of the employees were very skilled and did a fantastic job.  This section of our fence definitely looks the best and when we get ready we will be having them come out again to replace the rest.  This side of the fence was falling down.  The company replaced everything better then it ever was in the beginning and the materials used was top quality (no secondhand junk).  I believe this fence won't be in danger of falling!  Not only were the employees knowlegable, but friendly and answered all our questions.

Professional removal and installation. Work done as agreed. I highly recommend Straight Line for all fencing needs. The next job will be the replacement of our front deck and you guessed it, Straight Line will be on the job again.

Very professional installation and cleanup. We were informed of what to expect and received work as told. The wooden privacy fence needs replacing and Straight Line is top on our list.

They did quite well and I am planning to use them again because I need two wooden decks.

Very well.  The work crews were punctual and professional.  Work was completed on time, quality of products was as stated on estimate.

Overall, it went quite well. They provided an amazing product that we are incredibly happy with. The only problem we had was we agreed on a start date and they never came out on that date. I called to find out when they would come out and they never called back. I called again the next day and they gave me an approximate start date, about a week later. They then called me about a half an hour before they came out on the day they started work to let me know they were coming. Aside from that glitch everything else went great. The workers were incredibly professional. They asked me questions about everything to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They worked hard, even in the rain. They were also extremely fast. I was amazed at how quickly the fence went up. I would definitely recommend them.

They did an excellent, timely job. The deck is sturdy and looks beautiful.
Had several estimates; they were the only ones to use the standard deck-pricing formula. Very reasonable.
I asked to have it built to code; no problem. I asked Straight Line Fence to pull the permit; no problem. I asked for a final building codes  inspection; no problem.  And I asked for all of these requirements to written on the contract. No problem.
Got what I wanted without a hassle and a gorgeous deck to boot.
About two years ago I had Straight Line fence put up a chain link boundary fence around most of the property. They did half during some of the coldest winter days, and the rest during the hottest part of the summer following. 
   In addition to putting up the fence they cleared a lot of brush and small trees free of charge.

We got them from Angie's List, because they have a high rating.  The handyman who personally came out was very nice and kind.  He had quite a few people to come out, and I think the reason is his quote was more than what the company quoted us.  We were very happy with what they did.  You get what you paid for, so I don't their pricing was too much. 

The estimate was quoted with a gate, but it wasn't written on the quote. Of course, nothing was really written on the page except fence and $2500, So it was my fault for not checking more closely, but then even though we specifically talked about it, he raised the cost by $150 after adding the gate. The guys who put in the posts destroyed the grass. I wish they had told me they would, but I don't think there is any way to prevent it as they dig the holes. Then I had them make fence differently than they normally do and they did remeasuring and adjusting to make a beautiful fence. All workers were very professional and careful of my property and the neighbors' as well. Caleb, especially did a wonderful job of making the fence even at the top and bottom and how I asked for it to be made. t is an excellent fence and I would use them again. Just check your quote and make sure you have them add all details you want on it.

An appointment was made for the estimate.  The estimator showed up when promised as opposed to two other companies that didn't even show up.  They were professional from estimator to installation.  They cleaned up after themselves.  The fence installation looks first rate.  We are completely satisfied and would recommend them to others.  A first class company.

Having recently moved to TN, we did a lot of investigating on many services that we needed. after seeing Straight Line crews working, and the quality of both the product and service, we decided to go with them.  We had just installed an in ground pool and needed a fence that would both provide security and privacy.  We visited the offices to look at the product and spoke with Aaron.  He was very helpful in suggesting possibilities and came out to look at the site and do some preliminary measurements to give us an estimate on the job.  He actually came back again to remeasure at our request, because the rough grading from the pool install had not been completed when he initially came out.  He went through all the details of the fencing, asked about and made excellent suggestions on gaits (sizes and locations, etc.) .  We also asked him about adding railings for an attached deck on the side of the house.  He again suggested a beautiful system that would compliment the vinyl fence we had chosen.  The crews were on time, respectful, jovial and great to deal with.  If they had a question about any preference we had...they asked so it would be done the way we wanted it done!  As the job reached completion, one section of fence was not working (size wise), so Aaron had it redone for the next day.  We also had them lattice the bottom of the deck to keep the dog in (something we had forgot about initially).  No problem.  A quick quote and they did a beautiful job, adding additional bottom supports.  All in all, we believe we have the best looking fence in the neighborhood.  Not only does it supply the security and privacy we wanted, it has added to our home's value.  We are extremely pleased with the work, the crew, the planning, the quality and the experience in general!

Everything was handled the way we thought it would be,  they did a good job. We would definitely use them again.

We use them regularly. They have fencing, mulch, and things like that out there. We haven't used them for fencing. They have great prices on everything. They are really good people. They have Christmas trees. My husband wanted a huge Christmas tree, so they save the largest one on the lot for him, and helped him pack it up and everything. There mulch is the cheapest in the area. They have big pile of mulch, and as long as you have a way to haul it, then you can get a lot. It is a great price. It is very convenient for us.

Aaron met us promptly on the day we'd asked for an estimate (we lived 2.5h away at the time). Their initial estimate was high, but then we realized we didn't need a 5ft fence nor puppy pickets & when the estimate was revised, the price was $800 below other estimates we had been given. They did all the paperwork to get the fence approved by our HOA- a big headache off our shoulders. Initially, Aaron told us that he couldn't do the install until after we'd moved in, but when we told them how important it was to be able to have the fence ready before we arrived w/ our 5 dogs, he was able to get the materials from the supplier early & had the install done 3 days before we moved. Some of the fencing required height adjustments- done immediately (premove). Everything about dealing with this company has been above & beyond- we are very satisfied.

They had some issues with the arrival of the materials as promised but in the end dicounted the price and made everything right.  Truly professionals.

We have used them three times, and they have been awesome.  They are coming out to redo some work after storm damage.  They are really reliable.  I have used them for years.  They put in all of our different fences.  They put a wrought iron fence in the front of our house.  They also put in chain link fencing twice.
