It took a lot of conversation to get there, but Jon agreed that it should have been handled differently. Therefore I am changing my rating to a C. Avoid this company! I contacted Coldstream Exteriors because they installed the roof on our home in 2017 (we just purchased it this winter, so it is under warranty). Due to a concern/question that was raised by another contractor who was quoting gutters, I wanted someone to come out an make sure the gutter apron used was up to Code. From the first call they were defensive and arrogant. They com up with any excuse to not honor their Warranty. We tried resolving all of this through them directly, but their attitudes and round-about responses have solidified my desire to never deal with them again (which is hard to not assume was their end-goal due to their handling of things)."
