"They explained what it would take to do a long-lasting repair and why that particular approach was optimal.  We had two other estimates, one higher and one lower, but Lance's was comprehensive, so that when the job was done, we would not have to find another contractor to paint the replaced siding.  Their employees were pleasant and kept us apprised of when they would be there and what they found when the damaged area was uncovered.  The work was done in a reasonable period of time and we have had no problems since (it has been a month)."

Vinyl log siding is durable, rot-resistant, colorfast, and scratch-resistant, and it can last for an average of around 30 years. Some vinyl siding can last for up to 60 years with proper maintenance. You won’t need to repaint or restain this type of siding every several years like you would with wood, so ongoing costs and upkeep will be minimal.
