I contacted Coldstream Exteriors because they installed the roof on our home in 2017 (we just purchased it this winter, so it is under warranty). From the first call they were defensive and arrogant. They com up with any excuse to not honor their Warranty. We tried resolving all of this through them directly, but their attitudes and round-about responses have solidified my desire to never deal with them again (which is hard to not assume was their end-goal due to their handling of things)."
