"After 3 visits and 400.00 the tub still leaks. I called back and several promises to have someone call me back later I am still waiting for the call. They are the only place that services their tubs. Yes they are cheaper but you pay for what you get. My advice stay away."

Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment.
