 + -1 moreHired them to check out a collapsed line in my crawlspace. It was gross. The guy they sent never went into the crawlspace, yet they somehow knew it would cost $3500. Then they came back, and told me I needed a new main line. Ok, so another $1843 tacked on. They then, after I've signed off on the above jobs, tell me I have to hire a mitigation company to clean the crawl, so another $3000. Fast forward a few months after work completion, and now the 20% of sewer pipe that they didn't replace (but tied into) has failed. I'll never understand why they wouldn't have suggested replacing it all at the time, seeing as how it would have been more money for their company. They were horrible with communication, and have insinuated that I'm a lyer multiple times. I see they're ok with small jobs, but I wouldn't hire them to make me a cheeseburger at this point. Funny enough, my sister-in-law is having a similar problem, and I got to steal her away from calling this company. That's the price they'll pay for being as unprofessional as any company I've come into contact with.
Description of Work: I knew I had a collapsed pipe. They're estimar guy has actually never even been to my property. They sent a kid who looked from outside the crawl and never got in to actually inspect the sewer pipes under the house.

 + 0 moreThe two gentlemen called before they came. They finished the next day on schedule and the bill was what was quoted even though they ended up having do a little more than they originally thought. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Everything is working great now and we are very happy.
