We purchased a hot tub from a local retailer and Rex was contracted by them to do the installation. He showed up several hours late but it wasn't his fault. The salesman gave us the wrong appointment time for the installation. Rex was very knowledgeable regarding the hot tub, explained all the elements of operation. We would definitely do business with him again.
