Luis Luevano Pools

This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. He lied, never showed up, his voicemail is always full, he has tons of excuses, and he requested all of the money up front to "buy the needed equipment". Then he never did the work. I have taken him to court and came out with a verbal promise for payment. I am still waiting on the over $1300.00 he owes me since August 2022. Take your business ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Not only did they break my gate, they broke the motor on my pool. Over six months of promising my gate would be fixed that they broke, still nothing has happened. Luis is disrespectful, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. I should not have to continuously ask when he will be out to fix my motor and my gate with nothing happening and continued issues. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling.

If he said it is going to do it he should do it but he never do, he is not reliable.

I’m so thankful I found him! Luis is very professional and courteous. He communicates with his customers and he keeps you informed. He does exactly what he tells you and my pool has never looked better!
