I visited several other places to find out about replacing the screen on my Samsung only to be told: 1) They don't repair Samsungs, 2) they repair Samsungs, but not the Galaxy Mega, 3) They could not use the part I purchased for it, they would only repair it if they ordered the part along with additional parts they would order, 4) The repair would cost almost as much as the phone. Then I found Android Mike's
Android Mike's prefers to pick up broken items for repair and will deliver it back to you when repaired. They did ask for a deposit on the repair when they picked it up which was taken off price of repair when returned. They kept me informed of their findings and problems they found. He was professional and helpful.
Replaced screen and digitizer. When disassembled found glue on speaker which impaired sound. Had new speaker over-nighted and replaced.
I was VERY PLEASED with the work, the professionalism, and they kept me informed about the status of my phone. I will use them again.
