"We appreciate the customer?s feedback. We try to give good estimates based upon the description provided by the customer. Unfortunately, the customer description was not exactly what was found once onsite. As a result, multiple trips and additional costs were incurred procuring needed parts. Trying to find a good compromise, we did not charge for multiple service calls, etc. Instead, we only charged the additional cost incurred while on the job. We hope the customer understands this is no ones fault. We genuinely tried to find the best solution. Additionally, we also made a follow-up call upon completion of the work. The call was never returned. We are still open to working with the customer to find some mutually acceptable solution."

These guys were fast, friendly, clean, and did a quality job!!! They came to fix from front door handle the night before Christmas Eve. Getting the new handle replaced helped to make me feel safe and secure during the holidays when my house was full of family and gifts. Thanks Pop-A-Lock!
