(no activity in April) 20 May 2025 – Inquired and Currans replied: “waiting for weather to clear” 1 Jun 2025 – Phillips: Asked to postpone until July, due to travel. 8 Jul 2025 – Inquired and Currans replied: “You all are on the schedule”. 26 Jul 2025 – Inquired and Currans replied: “Yes, sir. 100%” that we are on schedule. 31 Jul 2025 – Inquired and Currans replied: “Shooting for August 16th” 15 Aug 2025 – Inquired and Currans replied: “Yes sir. "Driveway was paved and sealed by this company with a year guarantee. I was in touch with them within 6 months of the finished job. Asphalt breaking and cracking. 6 months later they came out and looked at it. All they offered was to spray more sealer. My driveway was installed on 7/7/2020. So, in 2 years my driveway has the appearance of a heavily used interstate and is crumbling, cracking, and falling apart. A lot of money for a very bad job. I should have reviewed other companies. Expensive Lesson learned"

"I hired Phillips Waterproofing and Concrete for a sump pump and moisture panel installation, and it was a complete nightmare. The work was sloppy and unprofessional: the corners of the moisture panels were left curved, concrete wasn?t poured to the walls, and the sump pump pipe was installed in front of my kitchen cabinets with only a thin, choppy, unfinished pour. I paid over $2,000 for them to stain the concrete, but they never completed the job despite multiple scheduled appointments. They now ignore calls and messages entirely, and both the owner, Kevin Phillips, and son Dylan, have full voicemail boxes. To make matters worse, the original problem?backflow in my half bath?was not resolved, and my home flooded again just weeks after their installation. Because of their negligence, I?ve been forced to spend additional money pursuing legal action to get my money returned. They took $11,000 from me, left my home in an unusable state, and provided zero accountability."
