David and Paul cleaned up as they worked and asked me for feedback every step of the way. They even went back out for brackets despite not having much time to spare, which I can’t thank them enough for doing.

Scott’s Home Improvements were extremely detailed and organized in our remodel. He offered possible suggestions on design. We chose to waterproof the entire bathroom floor. My shower is spacious, stylish, functional, with no stepping over. I love my new shower. Scott’s has plumbing knowledge, too. No subcontractors were required. Big plus!

Very well , his work ethic is awesome and the end product was Beautiful, I highly recommend him!

David did a great job managing our master bedroom renovation which included adding a new wall and door, replacing floor, updating brick tile on fireplace facade, and custom built in cabinets in the attached closer/laundry. David also replaced our deck, detailed a shower, and installed vented ceiling fans in two bathrooms. He did a lot of work and even when the project kept growing he would just update the quote and keep going. We are very happy with the final product and I know the work was done correctly without cutting any corners. We are already talking to David again about our next project. He can do anything!

Scott's Home Improvement was professional from start to finish. We discussed what I was looking to create and he was quick in getting back to me with a reasonable estimate. The work was started on time and though finished a little behind schedule (due to unforeseen problems with the house and plumbing - no fault of the contractor!), the finished product is absolutely gorgeous!! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome! David was professional, nice and a very hard worker! He even bonded with my dog! After 2 contractors failed to show I was stressing and losing hope but David Scott (who is 6' 8" tall btw) showed up as my giant Angel. He knocked items off my list one by one. Wouldn't even stop for lunch and I even tried to feed him. Between his knowledge, work ethic and size he was a true professional and did the job right even when I was looking for shortcuts. Due to my schedule and distance ( I paid him extra for travel and worth it) he gave up a couple of his weekends to complete my realtors list. Maybe he felt bad for me? But with all the horror stories you hear with contractors I was blessed finding this one. He is honest and very straightforward. And thanks to his work my house went under contract in 2 weeks.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work. We promptly got an estimate and a few days after our approval they started work. He is very professional, polite and does a very neat job paying attention to detail. He saw what was wrong with the original porch/ramp, made suggestions and it is much nicer now. It is hard to find a contractor you can trust to do the work and do a good job. We will definitely be calling them again and I will recommend them to family and friends.

We hired Scott's Home Improvement to complete a job that another contractor had walked out on. Scott's showed up on time, gave us a fair quote, and performed a satisfactory job within the time frame that they quoted. I would highly recommend using Scott's for home repairs.

From the first call David was very responsive and punctual. He estimated the job would take five to six days; it was completed on the fifth. The price was competitive, the quality of the work was very good and the work was completed on time. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

David Scott was punctual, professional, friendly and neat. I am very pleased with the work done He cleaned up after himself which definitely impressed me. I liked dealing with him enough that I am going to have him do more work for me. I believe that he gave me a reasonable price for the work that he performed. I would recommend to my friends and relatives.

David Scott worked with a fellow Handyman, Albert Coffey, and they completed the project in a little less than 9 weeks. The final outcome exceeds our expectations and it wasn't even as much of a disruption from our normal life as I would've thought. Our house looks so amazing! And the work done was incredibly high quality. Our project required a lot of creativity and problem solving and David and Albert were always willing to do whatever was needed to respond to issues, fix a problem, and ensure we loved the work. They worked hard each day and were always extremely friendly and professional (for example, my 3-year old son would run up and hug David whenever he saw him (this isn't typical)). David and Albert built a custom dog crate in our half wall that is topped with a butcher block counter top. They designed windows and built the door from scratch. Their tile work inside the dog crate, in the new entry way, and all over the fireplace was very well done. It all looks great. David and Albert regularly went above and beyond! Early in the project we noticed a leak in our roof and Albert and David got up on the roof the next day, found the nail that had punctured our shingles, and filled the hole. During the project we also had a major pipe leak in our laundry room. David and Albert spent multiple days ripping up the floor, removing drywall, fixing the pipe leak, and then patching it all back together. The last owner did several renovation projects and they were done very poorly - as these things are breaking and falling apart, we'll be calling David and Albert to do it right. All in all, we have already reached out to David and Albert to do a shower repair (as the bathroom upgrade the last owner did is now leaking into the basement). We have complete confidence in their quality of work, responsiveness to provide us a quote and get started, and also their honesty as people to provide us a fair quote and to stand behind their contract and their work. At the end of the project we noticed a lot of drywall dust around our house and David and Albert offered to deduct the cost of cleaning from our final bill because it was more than anticipated. They are just very good people. We highly recommend them for any renovation or custom project - no matter how large or how small. The project cost us about $39,000. After the project was over we called David on a Saturday afternoon because we were having issues installing a mantle on the fireplace ourselves - our drill was just not getting through the brick. David drove over in about 30 minutes and had all his tools in his truck. He then worked with us for about an hour and solved two major issues we were having with both the mantle and the counter top. He didn't expect any compensation and even called later to tell me I had voluntarily given him too much.

Mr. Scott is precise and meticulous in his work and makes sure that the job is done perfectly.  He is polite and friendly while maintaining a professional attitude and atmosphere.  He was focused on the job from start to finish and made sure that any mess created during his work was cleaned to perfection. 

It went exceptionally well. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. The men got the job in two days. They built it strong. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Scott's Home Improvement because they are very reliable and they know what they are doing.

They showed up on time, i outlined what i wanted done.  They did the work on the days i wanted it done.  The problem is one of the doors.  Apparently they ran out of the proper screws and just used what they had.  Some of them were short and did not hold the door.  The door is now very hard to open and cannot even be locked. It will need to be redone.  The nails they used putting in the roof were too long.  They stick through too far and look bad.

Scott and his partner where knowledgeable, and got the job done in 2 days.

The only problems we had he came back out and fixed right away. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They were very honest and trust worthy.

Very responsive from the start, came out immediately and gave us an estimate.  Had to wait one week while they finished another job, but within two weeks of our estimate, we had our deck.  Was exactly what we had in mind, followed our wishes precisely.  We've already been asked by one person for David's contact information as they would like to build a similar deck.
