Four hours late, only one guy showed up in a pickup truck and didn?t know that the freezer was in the basement to be carried up stairs! He did not have an appliance strap or dolly and could not have done the job by himself. We sent him away and have requested another company to do the job. "

I struggled for months fighting with them myself until I was referred to American Metal and Roofing. Braxton came out within a few days and assured me he would help me get this taken care of. He was thorough with his documentation, called our insurance company daily to hold them accountable, and kept us updated every step of the way. In one month he accomplished what we couldn't in the previous six. Can't say enough good things about this company! Would give them 10 stars if I could!"
