Braxton with American Roofing and Metal was able to secure us a full roof replacement when no other company would even try after it was rejected the first time from State Farm. I struggled for months fighting with them myself until I was referred to American Metal and Roofing. Braxton came out within a few days and assured me he would help me get this taken care of. He was thorough with his documentation, called our insurance company daily to hold them accountable, and kept us updated every step of the way. In one month he accomplished what we couldn't in the previous six. Can't say enough good things about this company! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

The service was really very nice. They were prompt and they did not damage my plants like some people have. When I called them back because of a small issue they took care of it promptly. If I had to do it again I would call them back!

We are the first house in Versaille to use them. Instead of charging us $12,000, we only charge $6,000 by American Roofing. We got their top grade of roofing.

We've used them for the past 20 years. The shingles that they installed they have the superintendent on site was certified in those particular shingles, certified by the manufacturer. And their follow up and warranty was good responsive too

It didn’t work out well. They didn’t put one of those caps up there. Heat comes out of one thing and the fire place comes out of another. The first time I used the fire place I had smoke in the house because they did not put a cap on there so properly. I called them and they said it wasn’t their problem. They were paid at closing of the work. There are separate openings for the furnace heat and there is a separate opening for the fire place. They only put one cap on the top that fed the furnace but there was no way for the smoke to go from the chimney. The bank had paid them. I had to call them 2 or 3 times to get them out here. Once they gave the date, they were punctual. I talked to them and email them. He has always been nice but he didn’t feel like it was his responsibility. He made himself clear.

They cleaned them out and everything was satisfactory. They picked up the debris after they cleaned up. It was a big deal purchase. There was no extra charge.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. When they gave me the quote for the skylight, they explained what specifically they were charging me for and what they were going to do. I appreciated that they explained what they were charging me for. They thought it would take a day and it took 3 days but they didn't charge me anymore.

They did a great job, as always.

Couldn't ask more from a company.  From inspection to completion of work was handled with first class professionalism.  Returned after completion of work to check on some shingle concerns without charge.  Had a plywood dog house on the porch that they also shingled :).  What a great group.

It went very well.   Once we scheduled the appointment, the contractor showed up on time and did the inspection.  He called a day or two later and reviewed the results.  He caulked a couple of areas and fixed a small problem.  He did not find any problems that needed additional work.  In addition to the phone call, he sent me a written report with some pictures of the areas that needed to be repaired.  Very professional.

They came out and inspected the roof. The guy only spent about 10 minutes on my roof.  But since he actually got on the roof they are better than another Angie's List Big Deal roofing company I've dealt with.  American Roofing cost me $199 for 10 minutes of actual onsite work so I wasn't too happy with their overall value. Also, I had asked them for an estimate to replace my roof but I never received an estimate from them. I would not use them again.

It went ok they did find some other things but it was out of the price range.

Overall the job went well.  All representatives were courteous  and very professional.  We are comfortable in the fact that we have a quality roof that will last a long time and is backed by their Gold Pledge.

Went well, we did find a few nails in the yard but nothing to get real excited about.

Was having a difficult time finding a roofer to come out and look at a metal roof for a repair.  No one would return a phone call. When I joined Angies list I contacted American Roofing and was instantly given an appointment.  We set up a time and they
showed up and did the work, all done in a very proficient and professional manner.  Was very pleased with their service.

They did a very good job.  We had no problems with the provider.  They were very professional, punctual, and thorough.  We would use their services again.

Because it was special, we had to wait a little while for the inspection. But it was worth the wait.

They did a good job in the inspection and everything that pertained to the Big Deal. I just did not get any follow up in the other things I wanted.

I have a very large, very complex, very steep roof.  The roofers took care of all the problems I had noted, and found a couple I was unaware of. It was all completed quickly and without difficulty.  I had expected an attempt to up-sell, but everything I needed was included in the original price.  Overall, good honest work at an honest, fair price.
