Later that night emailed a demand for further free service before he paid the balance. As he had never kept his word we refused. "Nearly all this review is false. We came and cleaned up an out of control landscape on three successive weeks is the only truth. Jay didn't want to pay for a clean up. I agreed to clean up an additional areas each week while maintaining what we cleared the week before. The first week we cut back and cleared the piles of clippings of grass grown 6-8" tall. The second we cut the grass, sheared back the overgrown ground cover and pulled weeds in the bed by the street. The third week we cut the grass, sheared the shrubs in front of the house back 6-12" and pulled all the weeds in front and right side beds (they were more than a foot tall so you couldn't miss their absence.) Jay only paid for two visits but promised to give 30 days notice before canceling service. However, after the cleanup Jay sent us an email. Canceling without notice or payment for the additional work. Some people will do anything to be a working man out of a buck."

"Margret had a mostly mud backyard and a dog who likes to play outside. We built a beautiful rock edge around the mud and covered the mud with fabric covered with mini slate chips. They are comfortable for doggie feet which no longer track in mud."

"Brooks had an eroding slope and a bermuda lawn dying in the shade. We built steps up the slope with beautiful stone step treads surrounded by ground cover and replaced the bermuda with shade tolerant Zoysia"
