Thank you for your review and I am sorry for such a delay in a response. As a Safety policy per OSHA we are required to were shoes while working on electrical. However, we do supply our electricians with boot covers and he should have had those on while in your home. I know it has been 9 months since this occurrence and we have had several of are weekly meetings address this exact situation, and our electricians are required to put them on. Sorry for the dirty floors, we are not always perfect but we strive to be. Thank you for the feedback!Service Provider Response

Graf Electric received a service call from member at 4:50 pm on 7/29/13 concerning non-functioning outdoor and garage receptacles in his home. We scheduled a technician, who has a master's license and over 30 years of experience, to meet Mr. Ryan at 2:00 pm the following day. Our technician arrived at 2:00 pm, as scheduled. Member showed our technician the non-functioning garage and outdoor receptacles. Our tech determined that the non-functioning outdoor and garage receptacles were controlled by a defective GFI receptacle located under the basement panel. To remedy the problem, our technician replaced the defective GFI receptacle with a new GFI receptacle, reset the circuit, and tested the outdoor and garage receptacles and determined that they were functioning properly. Our technician asked member if there was anything else and he said no. member signed our work order acknowledging that the work was completed to his satisfaction. Graf Electric then did our standard follow up call with member a week later to determine if he was still satisfied with the work performed. He could not be reached, and did not respond to our voice mail message. As of today, we still have not received payment for the work performed. It is unfortunate that we received this kind of response, given that we proactively sought to determine again that they were satisfied with our service and our only form of response from the member's was through the review page of Angie's List. According to member's review, who was not on site at the time and has never spoken to us, they had another unrelated problem with a receptacle that we did not work on, nor were we asked to repair. We don’t understand how we can be reviewed by a person who was not on site, nor even spoken to us yet made this review after we requested to be paid for work that was performed 3 months earlier.
