Hired to inspect and clean chimney (per my HOA rules).

Inspected Chimney and was told it was not in needed of cleaning. Offered maintenance suggestions to attach flue clamp and touch up paint on chimney cap which I will do myself.

Great! The water we were getting in the basement around both chimneys has stopped and we haven't had to pay to repair the entire basement.

I made appt online. Easy to get in touch through phone. He arrived on time and checked the pipe and told me that we did not need any cleaning as it was in good shape. I am glad that he was honest about it. There was no charge but will definitely call them for future chimney cleaning.
