No Job to big or too small. Additional phone - (913) 207-2027. Additional contact name - John Newhouse. Locally owned & operated. Financing available.

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Four corners Roofing. After my large tree damaged my flat roof(North side), Austin came out quickly, game me a clear and honest estimate, walked me through the process. The crew was professional, on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean. The quality of the new roof is excellent. There is a clear difference in the quality of material that they removed and replaced it with. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I am very confident in their work! In 2023 I had them replace my main roof, again due to tree damage. They did such a great job, they were my only choice for this repair. Highly recommended."

The chimney flue is the passageway for toxic gases to escape out of your home. Cracks, holes or obstructions in a chimney flue can cause dangerous carbon monoxide fumes, or soot, to leak into your home.

"Had them out to open the pool. The pool guy did not put the tube on fully, causing the pipe to burst off and the pump to run dry all night. Had them come out to check it over, the service tech tightened the pipe up and left without checking over the pump. Our vacuum continued to not run well, so tried calling the office and left a voicemail at the Manhattan office several times without getting a call back. Finally had to call the Topeka office, they said they haven't had anyone checking the voicemails, but they would send out a service tech to just check out the pump without charging so we could assess what we needed to pay. Sure enough, get a $140 bill for the visit and the guy claims he doesn't remember the call. This is a very poorly ran company that apparently can't input information into their computer to document what you call about or be bothered to have someone check their voicemail."

Chimney Liner Installation questions, answered by experts

DIY is not recommended due to safety concerns. Professional installation ensures proper connections and compliance with codes.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

While it’s possible to repair minor grill issues like replacing a burner, more serious issues are clear indicators that you need to replace the entire unit. A few signs that your gas grill may be at the end of its life span and it’s time to consider replacing it include:

  • Rusty or cracked firebox

  • Weak, yellow, or uneven flames

  • Flaking, cracking grates

  • Leaking or cracked propane hoses

  • Failing igniter

  • Heavy buildup of grease

A few potential problems can cause your gas grill to stop working:

  • Burners aren’t properly aligned.

  • Food debris is clogging the burners.

  • Hose connections may be blocked.

  • Burners may not be getting enough gas.

  • Gas valve is not working properly.

If you’re experiencing any of those problems with your gas grill, hire a local grill repair professional to inspect your grill for issues and implement a plan to resolve them.
