He was very professional. When I initially called to set the appointment there was still snow and ice on my roof and he said he could come out when that had melted. The day it was gone he did, in fact, call and was at my home within 30 minutes of the call. Very fast and did a great job!

Joe called the day before to confirm the appointment was still a go (Sunday) for Monday morning. They arrived on time, laid down tarps to keep things clean, looked at the job and went to work brushing and vacuuming the chimney. Cleaned up. I wrote Joe a check and they left. It took about 45 minutes.
