Had them come out to check it over, the service tech tightened the pipe up and left without checking over the pump. Our vacuum continued to not run well, so tried calling the office and left a voicemail at the Manhattan office several times without getting a call back. Finally had to call the Topeka office, they said they haven't had anyone checking the voicemails, but they would send out a service tech to just check out the pump without charging so we could assess what we needed to pay. Sure enough, get a $140 bill for the visit and the guy claims he doesn't remember the call. This is a very poorly ran company that apparently can't input information into their computer to document what you call about or be bothered to have someone check their voicemail."
