Prompt service.  Very professional.  Reasonable price.  Absolutely no complaints, would definitely use them again in the future.

We have called River City several times in the past year when either our furnace or air conditioning unit needed servicing. Andy, the serviceman, did a great job keeping the units going but it was apparent that we were in need of new units. The ones we had were at least 18 years old. Andy gave us a ball park figure of cost but said the owner would call with a more accurate estimate. The next day Charles, the owner, called and we gave him the go ahead. Today, three business days later, Mitch and Matt installed the furnace, air conditioning and thermostat. These men were cheerful, efficient, and professional.
We are pleased with our association with River City and would recommend them to others in need of furnace or air conditioning repairs or replacements. We don't expect to need repairs for a long time, but we will have River City check our units each Spring and Fall.

River City Heating and Cooling did some A/C service for us.

The service was great. I was running about ten minutes late to meet them at the house (the same day I called) and by the time I got there, they already had the part replaced and the unit running again. They discussed different steps I could take to prevent problems in the future. They were incredibly professional and courteous.
