Josh, the exteriors manager, was professional throughout.  His communication was impeccable, responding to my frequent emails and phone calls in a timely manner.  He and his workmen were true craftsman who took care of our home as if it were theirs.  His foreman, Nathan, on the job sent me detailed texts and pictures of the work they were doing daily when I was away. From the estimates phase to the finished work, I just can't speak highly enough of their communication, craftsmanship, and customer service.

We got several bids to do the job. Mesler was considerably lower than the other bids. We decided to go with them. They replaced the shingles and everything was just fine. Almost a year later, we decided to put our house on the market. We got a contract on it and we had our inspections done. Our roof did not pass inspection. Apparently instead of replacing some of the shingles they nailed them down and put caulk over the nails. On the top of the peak instead of lifting up shingles to put new ones under them, they just nailed new ones on top and caulked the nails. SO, we had to pay another $250 to get the work corrected that they did. Instead of doing the job right they opted to go the quick route.

Very prompt in returning phone calls. Showed up when they said they would to perform estimate. Completed the work for less than half the cost of another company that gave me an estimate! Will definitely use again.

The crew was great.  It took three long days.  They workd hard and did a great job.

I recently had some roof leaks due to ice damming during the recent cold weather. Gregg Davidson, the owner of Messler Roofing was very responsive and helpful. He inspected the roof as soon as possible after the snow was off the roof and made recommendations for roof replacement, ventilation and insulation improvements for some repairs that that might help in the short term. He was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, polite, patient and thorough. I asked him to complete the immediate repairs and changes that might prevent further problems until I could make the larger changes he recommended. He sent a team of two roofers to the house and they completed all repairs swiftly efficiently and effectively. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They removed some gutter screen that was lifting the edge of my older roof, patched several places where felt was showing and cleaned my gutters and a downspout that was clogged in less than an hour. They used a blower to clean the walks and removed all trash before leaving. I was thoroughly impressed.

Ron was our go-to rep for the company and he was fantastic.  We make slow decisions and he was patient and helped us with whatever resources we needed.

I also had some trouble getting them to come out and I couldn't get them on the phone and I couldn't get the guy that gave me his phone number to answer his phone and it's about a week and I'm getting upset and then this other guys comes up from them and he wants to paint the house, I don't know why, I didn't even know they painted houses. I don't know why he came out because I never contacted them. I don't know what's the matter why they don't answer the phone, I looked it up on the computer and it looks like they sold it out 'cause I had them come out twice before on different houses and I was highly pleased and since I can't get up there and see if the job is any good or if they did what they said or anything. I don't know because this one guy said $75 and they charged $75 just for the inspection. It wasn't leaking before so I was wondering who's going to pay for the damage if it starts to leak and if I can't get anybody out here to fix that thing. I don't understand what's going on over there, when I saw on the computer is that the local guy sold the company and now they're in Kansas or Missouri, it's a big area that they cover and so I would say they're probably better in a lot of them, they didn't leave a mess, but once I got them out here it just seem about 2 minutes to do it. I think I would use them again based on what they did for me in the past, there's a lot of places when they fell out and there's a different bunch of people running it, you don't know what you're going to get. They do have a 5-year warranty on the paint job when it gets done and they're supposed to come out the week after the 4th of July and they're doing some minor repairs on the house too so we're going to see.

Josh Harden was the person in charge.  He did an excellent job. He and his crew of 2 were punctual, professional, and very meticulous. Josh seems to be a perfectionist, doesn't cut corners or use cheap supplies.  We are very happy with the result, and will definitely use them in the future. 

I had a bad experience with this company initially, but the owner contacted me and lowered the charge to an amount comparable to the insurance adjuster's estimate.

My past experience went them has been good; that's why I went back to them. They have had some personnel changes. The one person I've used in the past isn't' there anymore but they were good. I would use them again.

They were very competent. They came when they said they would come. They got the job done in a timely fashion. The only thing they took a while on was the bill, which I was fine with. I can't really judge the price, the only other roofing company we called didn't even show up to give us an estimate. So we chose the one that showed up. We thought it was reasonable actually, we thought we would be spending more.
