"I hired Blade to redo our patio because it was leaking, he started the work, replaced the roof with aluminium, painted the existing frame of the patio the and tore out the old screen and installed Plexiglas plus installed a screen door, 2 months later the Plexiglas was cracking, I called Blade he told me he would call the manufacture, nobody called me so I called Blade again, he told me he was still waiting to hear from manufacture, so I called another pro to come out and look at patio enclosure and he told me the Plexiglas was not allowed to expand and contract, thus causing the cracking, Blade told me he would redo the Plexiglas almost a year ago, now every time I call he always has an excuse and my project is still not done and I have paid in full for the project"

I have been complaining for the 2 years since the install. They said it was my problem since their crew was not supposed to do the lights. What?!!! Point is they did and no one ever said I was supposed. Then they said they had no record of my complaints. Now they are saying itâ s storm damage! What the hell! Donâ t trust the Wichita Ks group, they are a bunch of lying crooks!!!"
