From the first contact with this company until the plumber left the house, it was a pleasant experience. The secretary was polite and accommodating. The owner came when scheduled to give an estimate and he was polite and courteous. The plumber that came to do the work was right on time, professional and extremely polite. The finished work was amazing. I am going to have my air conditioner replaced as well as a bathroom makeover and I will definitely use this company.
2 plumbers out, they tell me my sewer line is broke. Scott tells me it will
cost $2000 to replace. Which I did not have, so 2 wks later I had part of the
sewer dug up, that cost $200. My sewer line was in great shape with no breaks
in it. Imagine that!!! My sewer was cleared by another plumber for $70. Eand M still are trying to charge me over
$160. No services were rendered by them
at all. They are incompetent and the owner Robert Nielsen cares so much about
his business that he will not even return a call. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Eand M
PLUMBING!!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I AM SURE YOU WILL HAVE A
BROKEN SEWER LINE ALSO. They are just a horrible company and have no customer
service skills (or plumbing skills) at all.
