very professional workmanship. They were punctual and did a good job. Possibly a little pricey but I felt the quality of work was worth the price even if I could have paid slightly less and then got a poor job.

The broken glass was the result of an attempted break-in which I interrupted. I looked at replacing the door at a much higher price. I called Augustine and Bailey on a Friday and gave them the dimensions and type glass, and they quoted me a price over the phone. On Monday they sent someone out to confirm the information, and said they could complete the job by the end of the week. On Thursday, they installed the glass and cleaned up the work area. Job Complete.

I thought this repair would be much more costly. I was more than happy with the cost and speed of repair.

Perfectly done, super clean install, they vacuumed, couldn't have been a more professional and pleasant experience!

I scheduled their work for an afternoon, but they called and asked to come in the morning, although I had other workers already doing other things. My original bid over the phone was $105, but they billed me $130. Possibly this was because I had told them over the phone that the panes were secured by molding when in fact they are secured by putty. Still, I don't like getting unexpected price hikes without being warned first. Difficult to judge the quality of the work while the putty is still drying, but there are a couple of small chips and dings in the paint of the window frame immediately adjacent to the putty. I called these guys because Glass by Jerome, in the same neighborhood of Montrose, was too busy to do the work. But I like the work Glass by Jerome does, and next time I'll wait for them instead. The workmen also left several pieces of broken glass in the soil beneath one of the windows.

THE WORKERS CAME TO MY HOUSE AN HOUR LATE, BUT THEY STILL GOT ALL THE WORK DONE AND ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. THE MIRROR WAS INSTALLED GOOD.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GLASS AND MIRROR COMPANY. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND THEY PUT PLENTY OF TIME AND EFFORT INTO THEIR WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL.
