"Sense this was a very large and complex upgrade remodel, we first we set out to get 3 different bids from 3 companies. Kenny’s, Jericho and Standard. We chose Kenny’s for 2 reasons. First of all a co-worker had work down and was very pleased. And Second of all they were the most affordable coming in $8,000 under Jerico. No doubt, Jerico would have done a quality job but the difference in cost was just to great. <br /> The quality of work done by Kenny’s was excellent. We are very pleased with the work. There was only one cost over run but Kenny’s tile ate that as they stuck to their original bid. The only issue we had was schedule delays. The start of the project was delayed 2 weeks due to non-coordination. Then there was a 2 day delay due to the need of rework as the builder left out the bench and cubby. But that was also done at Kenny’s expense. So, from our perspective, the only thing we lost was time. <br /> I would defiantly use Kenny’s again for future projects as they stand behind their bids and do quality work. <br />show more
