Mike was absolutely wonderful! I lost my pet chinchilla in the ducts and called so many companies. Mike was the first one to give me a set time of arrival so I hired him. So glad I did! He found her after a couple hours of searching. Very knowledgeable and professional, but most of all, he was very kind. Did not over charge for his time either (very reasonably priced).
