A subcontractor came to fix the refrigerator handle, but he told us the next day that he was no longer working for GDM. (He had a good reputation, so we wanted to use him). When the work was completed it was about a month after the moving day. We also learned that the second subcontractor did not do leather repairs, and he had given some names to GDM, from whom we never received this information. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them.
